Time Space Condos site is positioned between Front st & Lower sherbourne St, The Project Architect by Wallman Architects. The development will have nearly 1,700 units contained above 1,900 square metres of retail space along Front and Sherbourne Streets. The north podium will hide an above-grade parking garage which will complement the planned single level, below-grade parking level beneath the whole site.
